Contact us to arrange any returns — return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
A copy of the invoice must be included with the return.
Parts must be in original, resaleable condition and packaging.
Used, installed, or tried parts cannot be returned.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned parts, deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if the return is due to a shipping error or defective part on our end.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
Cancellation Policy
Orders or individual items may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment.
Special-order parts may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. This fee will be disclosed on the product page and again at checkout before you complete your purchase.
